Packaging consisting of several different materials causes problems in the recycling process. Cups with sleeves are a typical example. But there is still considerable reluctance to do without colourful, decorated cups. Working closely with our customers and in response to market demands, we have developed a proprietary range of plastic packaging and materials, which we would like to present to you on this page.

Our basic recycling process for polystyrene (rPS) was included in the new European Union
“Union Register of novel technologies” in March 2026.
PPWR-Cup with rPS
Ready for the future with 10% rPS | Our printed rPS cup contains 10% recycled polystyrene and is therefore already designed to meet future PPWR requirements for the use of recycled materials.

Where required, the top and bottom films are matched, for example, in terms of their peel behaviour. These films offer excellent recyclability combined with high processability and outstanding mechanical properties. Also available with built-in barrier properties.
